Please note that you accept the following booking conditions when you pay for this event :

When booking online, an additional processing admin fee including postage charge amounting to £2 will be added to the final payment. This charge covers the fees charged to Salsa Feel The Heat for processing credit card payments through Paypal plus an element of postage. This will show on your statement as Postage & Packing. Where time permits, tickets will be posted first class, but in the event of a booking being made close to an event, tickets will be retained for collection on the door ( but the admin fee of £2 is still charged ).

Once we receive your booking, and your payment has cleared, we will send you a receipt as confirmation with details of the monies paid. A contract will be in place between yourself and Salsa Feel The Heat. Please check your confirmation to ensure that all details of your booking are correct, as changes can only be made subject to availability and may not be possible closer to the event.

Salsa Feel The Heat will provide you with a full refund of any monies paid in the unlikely event that we should have to cancel this event. We will not provide any further compensation for any inconveniences caused and advise you to take out separate insurance should you require cover.

Should you cancel your booking, Salsa Feel The Heat will not provide you with a refund of any monies paid, including any deposits, and you are advised to seek appropriate insurance cover to avoid the potential loss of any monies paid. At the discretion of Salsa Feel The Heat, we may if you wish, attempt to sell your booking to someone else, but will deduct from any sale a £20 administration fee plus an additional £5 if your original booking was paid online.

You should not attend our events if you suffer from any medical conditions likely to be adversely affected by Salsa Dancing and you should seek appropriate medical advice before booking if in any doubt. Salsa Feel The Heat can not be held liable for any injuries resulting from your participation in our events caused by any medical conditions you suffer from.

Changes may be made to the programme and line up of instructors at our discretion and/or in response to circumstances beyond our control.

Salsa...feel the heat have no control over Hotel Accommodation / Venue / Services when Events are held on site. Any issues relating to these should be taken up directly with the appropriate Venue staff. Please note that if you are staying at the Event Venue, your contract is with the hotel directly and you should pursue any issues relating to your accommodation, meals and parking with the hotel directly.

Please also note that when we use a Hotel Venue for our Events we highly recommend that you book your accommodation directly with the Hotel as per our information as this ensures that you receive the preferential rates that we have agreed with the Hotel. We can take no responsibility for anyone bypassing the system by booking through 3rd party agencies should they pay more than our official rates or be transferred to an alternative Hotel in the event that the Hotel becomes overbooked. Unfortunately, 3rd party agencies are known to “deliberately overbook” to secure bookings but then simply transfer bookings to alternative Hotels.

By using this Booking Service, you agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy and whenever you submit information via the Booking Service, you consent to the collection and use of that information should we wish to send you details of future Salsa feel the heat events.
